Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees and restocking fees may apply.
Do HJM electric bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every HJM bike is backed by a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, including the battery and motor.
Is assembly difficult when the bike arrives?
HJM bikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. We provide a comprehensive toolkit and a step-by-step video guide to help you finish the setup in about 30 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm to help you pay over time.
Can I ride my HJM bike in the rain?
Our bikes are IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water.
